Use the actual review and current custody to identify the block.
Check whether your character is busy, in the correct region, at the required place, at the required skill level and carrying the specific eligible materials. A catalogue entry does not mean you own it.
A required item may be in a regional depot, reserved by work, held in a trade or contract, on display, socketed into equipment, rented, or conserved as a keepsake. Inspect the relevant receipt before obtaining another copy.
If the action is a trade, refresh the current quote. If it is an intervention or combat declaration, use the current turn or round. If recovery, weather or a shared prerequisite blocks it, choose another available activity or return after the displayed condition changes.
