Check a result before retrying
Receipts and inventory show what was actually recorded.
After an error, timeout or expired menu, open a fresh panel and inspect current activity, inventory and recent receipts. A delayed display can follow a successfully committed action.
A preview alone reserves nothing. A successful commit can move goods out of your bag into work or trade custody. Completed purchases and commissions may arrive at a depot rather than in your carried inventory.
When reporting a suspected problem, include the action, approximate time, expected result, actual result and a redacted receipt or screenshot. Avoid posting private account information. The manual testing portal provides longer step-by-step checks for testers.
