Earn a stable optional variation from an active victory.
An active Gateworks Sentinel victory can offer an encounter lead in Opportunities. The lead discloses its condition, intent cycle, support integrity and suggested counterplay before you accept it.
Following the lead creates a real formation with normal equipment and supply reservation. Joining players inspect the same condition, and it stays attached to the launched encounter. Refreshing cannot silently substitute another configuration.
The variation changes the tactical setup within its declared rules. It does not add a hidden reward multiplier. You can set the lead aside without penalty and continue using ordinary encounters.
