Follow an optional opportunity
A lead connects one real activity to the next.
Opportunities come from actual completed professional work and eligible active Sentinel victories. A lead records a fixed choice and its terms. Refreshing or reconnecting does not replace it with a new offer.
Inspect the resources, region, timing and any encounter condition before choosing. The decision belongs to your character, and the activity it starts is the same real work or combat used elsewhere in the game.
You may decline an offered lead without penalty. A chosen lead records the actual result, including cancellation or unsuccessful work where applicable. Neither following nor declining authorizes a private rewrite of shared history.
